Important news related to
your driver’s license! The recently passed Arizona House Bill 2639
requires individuals charged with a DUI to obtain a screening, (also
known as an MVD DUI Evaluation) prior
to going to court in order to receive a restricted license or to
re-instate a suspended license.
We have the solution to assist you. ACC is licensed to complete that
screening, electronically send documentation to the MVD and provide
you with screening verification to take assist you in court.
Basically, the sooner you get it done, the better.
